Can a penalty in American football result in a turnover?
- In American football, a penalty can result in loss of yardage, loss of down, automatic first down, etc. But can a penalty in American football result in a turnover?
Note: I mean when the punishment specifically calls for the other (non-offending) team to gain possession, as opposed to indirectly losing possession through something like loss of down on a fourth down.

- As the question states I wondered if there are any sites where you get virtual cash to place on real events?
Ive always wondered whether I would be any good at betting on football results and I want to understand how the odds and different types of bet work but I dont want to spend any money.

The best one is http://www.bettorfan.com. They are a free sports betting website that gives you money to bet with. Once you reach a certain amount you can win real money.
They make money from advertisers so they are 100% Free.
- I want to start up a simple website to display football results from local teams, I used to have a really easy to use program which would allow me to edit my pages with ease and upload them onto sites like geocities and such.
Ive tried geocities own web-builder but Im not finding it especially user friendly.
Someone out there must have a clue?
